The ladies in this office are very sweet and helpful. Dr. Lovrekovic takes care of her patients and insures great health. Best pediatric pulmonologist.

Went in for what I thought was my sons last visit with this doctor. We were going in to find the results of his sleep study. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist. She then proceeds to slide a bill over that was $466.00. I told her that was incorrect. We have been paying our deductible. At this time another young lady came out to explain the issue and she said that the insurance company stopped paying their portion. That to me sounded like someone on their end didnt do their job properly. She then tells me they no longer accept UMR but the doctor was willing to make a deal with me. Whats weird is the 6 other visits we had they had no issue taking the insurance. My wife then calls and come to find out my son supposedly failed his sleep test and needed to be back on oxygen at night when he sleeps. My wife nor I the two weeks we were waiting for his next appointment were ever notified. Sounds like some pretty important information that we should have been told immediately as soon as the doctor had the results. The young lady tells my wife we called you twice. Twice? They not only have my wifes number but mine also. Our son was born 10 weeks premature with premature lung issues and if it was something as he failed and needed to be put back on oxygen more than a hey we called twice and didnt think it was necessary to actually get ahold of you until your next visit. We have our insurance company now looking for other providers in Jacksonville or Charleston. My son will never see this practice again with the lack of communication from all people involved in the practice. Do yourself a favor and ask your insurance company to give you other providers.

Ive gotten absolutely nowhere with this office. I have to call numerous times with the same questions before I finally get an answer. My daughter has gone into respiratory distress at school and the school has asked multiple times for me to get a school inhaler and even the pharmacy tried to contact them to push this through. I feel nobody in the office has an interest in my daughters well being and even when my daughter tried talking with the doctor she just ignored her. Ill be going elsewhere to get my daughter the care that she needs, shes not getting it here.
