        I recently joined the Signature HealthCARE of Savannah team. The stakeholders are friendly, engaged with the residents, and happy to work with Signature. Rehab therapists are busy with residents working towards making gains, and they document the residents' journey of progress through a "Hero Journey" program. Nurses are very skilled, and they truly care about the residents. It's refreshing to be a part of such a caring team! Thank you Signature Savannah!

        Fell off bed when was being changed left on floor uncovered and personal never checked to see if I was bleeding or hurt no one stayed with me still fire dept came to put me back in bed still after back in bed nobody came to makesure I was ok .if the bed had top railsI would of never fell.just sad night crew don't care about the patient. Sad place.
