New to Savannah and went here to have Gel manicure, toe nail polish, and eyebrows waxed. Tony was on the phone the entire time laughing and conversating. Not even a week later the nails started breaking and the polish was coming off. Typically, two weeks is the length of time between manicures for me. I went back to show him my nails, not to ask for anything, and he became very defensive. He blamed my eating and showering as a contributing factor for the results. Straight out the gate he showed me he was not interested in retaining a customer due to his inability to get off the phone. This salon is not worth the one star I had to give! Service: Gel manicures
