    Really wanted to love this salon. Everyone was friendly and they have a great selection of dip colors! Sadly, the dip application wasn't very even and I ended up getting a skin infection after being cut with the tech's metal drill bit. Have doubts that bits are being properly cleaned and/or sterilized between clients. :(

    The ambiance was good. But the person who did my nails did a halfway job at best. I showed him a picture, and he did a terrible job. And then they charged me $120 for an acrylic set with gel.polish that I would have paid $75 for anywhere else. When his coworker LAUGHED at his finished result and asked him if he thought that was marble, he said eh. This was a horrible experience. 0/10 do not recommend. For the photos, the beautiful deep purple marble is what I asked for. The second is what I got.

    My birthday was in December 2023. KD was so awesome!! I really felt like a family member instead of a customer. I had finger foods, cupcakes, and champagne. I opted to have a pedicure party. The ambience and customer service was beyond my expectations. Thank you KD for everything!!! Your team is the best in Savannah, Georgia! Customer service is key in everything and you all excel at it!!

    Do not go here. I waited 40 minutes WITH an appointment. They left my hands in tied bags of nail polish remover for over 30 minutes and my hands were burning. Still nobody to do my nails. All I wanted was a fill. I will not be back.

I am sorry!!!! Thank you for your feedback. Could you describe the technician that worked on you? I will remind our staff to properly disinfect everything. We as a salon should always prioritize the sanitation first! As for the dip if you could send us a picture so that I can better show our tech what it is they need to improve on. We are sincerely sorry for your experience! If possible I would like to redo your set for you personally. Again we are sincerely sorry for this experience you had

We apologized we didn’t give you a deluxe pedicure. It was quite a busy weekend. All of us overlooked in our bookings what it was that you guys booked for. We did apologized and again we apologized for the mixed up. What other things were messed up in your service? I also confirmed this problem with the rest of the team apparently we couldn’t provide the deluxe pedicure service for you because we were completely out of stock on the deluxe supplies. This is was unknown to me at the time. I apologize we couldn’t communicate this sooner to you guys. We sincerely apologize

We apologized that your designs did not turn out like you like. We did refund you for you custom designs who technically your nails were only $75 after the refund. It is disappointing when your nails does not turn out the way you want but in our website we have requested that all designs be emailed or sent in to our instagram account so that we can better fit you with the tech that can perform the service you want. Designs are not as easy as you think they are even if it looks simple. Each tech has their own specialty and I’m sure he was trying his best but because no one was prepared for the design it was tough to set you someone who could actually do it. Our website boldly state when booking for designs or wanting designs to please send pictures ahead of time so that incidents like this does not occur. Thank you for your feedback and hope you’ll give us another chance but if not we complete understand. Hope you do find a salon that fits you best.

Ms Brit, you posted this review on our FB and ive responded but then after i responded on FB you quickly deleted your review...strange...so i will respond the same. (you can also find screenshot of my response on our IG page I screenshotted it and posted because i do love publicly responding to all our feedbacks but like i said on our FBLet's put in perspective what actually happened. 1) You booked for a simple fill but your nails were actually dipped powder. which means no fill in but a proper soak off. 2) a proper soak off of any powder is a 30-40 mins process. so on time with your appointment. you were not left unattended but left to soak off what you needed. this was explained to you prior to starting your service and you agreed3) our tech checked and acknowledge several times so you were never just ignored. 4) after your soak off was done you only had to wait a couple of mins for our tech to wrap up what she was in the middle of with another client to which she explained that to you also5) not once did you say anything about your fingers burning, you instead walked out without saying anything then you came back in with your boyfriend flashing a gun and threaten us "do not charge me for my soak off" so with that break down we want to reiterate, we apologize for the wait but regardless you are not welcomed back. bringing in a weapon and threatening us was not okay, we should've called the cops when the gun was flashed. but we not. THAT was the ONLY time we chose NOT to acknowledge you. if you are going to tell a story please tell the whole story and the truth. thank you. don't come again.
