        The guy who works there or he might be the owner of this business is a total psycho, he is rude and doesn't deserve to be respected, I would give ZERO to the customer service. In addition he won't answer any simple question in a professional way, he just want to get your device checked in to keep his business running.

        Went into Fixit solutions with a broken nintendo switch. Staff was very helpful and resolved my issue within 20 minutes. Was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care they took when repairing my console. 11/10 in my book!
