I recently completed a coast to coast move (CA to GA) with Andrew as my Georgia realtor. Even in a seller's market with homes in my price range being snapped up nearly as quickly as they were being listed, Andrew was able to find and procure the perfect home for me. My having a tight moving/travel schedule required regular updates on the buying procedures and protocols in a state that I knew little about - Andrew made sure that I was kept well-informed and responded immediately to any questions that I had. After the signing, he instructed me on how to setup water, power, & internet services in my new home with everything working seamlessly and he continues to guide me with any questions that I have even weeks after the closing. As both a senior and a veteran, I could not have hoped for a better agent than Andrew!
