Lifestance bought out Waters Edge Counseling that I went to as a teenager, so all my files are now placed within their system.
I am in desperate need of psychotherapy and I have been looking for a place to get mental health services from for awhile now and have decided to give them a call since they technically already have my information on file.
I attempted to schedule an appointment, and as they did not answer the phone immediately, I chose to pick the option to where I would be the one to receive a call back.
I finally received the call back within 10 minutes, and before I could finish my sentence on what I was calling about, the woman who answered the phone cut me off mid-sentence and asked which location I visited in the past, I answered Savannah and she immediately put me on hold and then hung up the phone. I attempted to call back, still no answer, still no call back.
What the reviews say about this place is spot on. I thought that given the recent reviews, they may have gotten a change in staff to give better service but my experience was absolutely horrible and I didnt even get a chance to schedule an appointment yet. Dont waste your time at this place.
