        I had to cancel my trip when a hurricane was headed to the area and because it was less than 48 hours (but was still 24 prior) they would not refund my fee, which was over $200! In addition, it was impossible to reach them as they sub out to other driver services and it seemed they pointed the fingers at each other. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

        Marco from gmb was the best!! Thank you for getting my daughter to us safe and sound. He was so nice and helpful when the flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Cant tell you how much I appreciate you and the company!!! Thank you!!!
