        KeyMe is a great idea. Unfortunately the kiosk machine that I selected produced defective keys that couldnt be inserted into a conventional door lock. The positive part of this review is that my communication to customer service was rapidly acted upon and a refund was processed within an hour of my initial disappointment. SP
