It is with great disdain that I find myself in the position of writing this review. I want to be clear, this review is not about my experience with Allstate as a whole, but rather my loss of trust and respect for Allstate Insurance Agent Marianne Fischer. Almost everyone has heard the slogan ,Youre in good hands with Allstate. The company also espouses that their purpose isn't just about simple or affordable insurance policies. It's about people, above all else. To better connect with customers, communities and each other, Allstate says they put people above policies and always look for ways to improve and adapt to meet their needs. Unfortunately, I recently found out that not all agents share the same sentiment. For more than 30 years my spouse and I have held multiple Allstate polices. Marianne Fischer has served as the agent on the policies for several of those 30 years. I recently reached out to Marianne to see if Allstate as a copy would be willing to partner with my ministry as a sponsor for an annual upcoming event we are hosting for the empowerment of women. I would also like to note I reached out to several other community organizations as well. Some graciously donated, while others were unable to contribute at this time. When I reached out to Marianne, she told me Allstate prohibits any form of community donations. I then asked her if Allstate could not donate, would she be willing to make a personal donation? To which she responded, No. The company sees us all as one. I thanked Marianne for her time and ended our conversation. However, her response did not sit right with me. Not because she told me no. I was actually okay with the no, but because it did not ring true. I then called two other Allstate agents. They both had similar responses, which was Allstate loves to give back to the local community and that sponsorship is not prohibited. Hearing their response was gut wrenching. Again, I have no problem with the no, but for Marianne to be deceptive and untruthful in her response was both disappointing and insulting. Moreover, her lack of courtesy to allow me to explain the specifics of the sponsorship was disheartening. She didnt know if l needed pens or notes pads, etc. Because of her lack of integrity, my spouse and I decided that we could no longer allow Marianne to profit from our hard earned money. We are still with Allstate for now, but Marianne Fischer will never manage our policies again. Extremely Disappointed and Insulted with the lies and Deception..Not Necessary!!!!

I was a client with Allstate (Marianne Fisher's agency) for almost 14 years, and over time my benefits were reduced, and my price kept on going up. There were hardly any coverage and my deductibles were huge. I called for some other issue and I started asking questions from Caroline and I realized that I hardly have benefits. My policy was naked. My deductible with All state - in the case of hurricane and storm was $32000, yes it is 32 thousand. My initial policy was $5000 deductible, but over years how my benefits were removed and cost increased, is still a mystery for me. But I learned a lesson, never trust your agent. Do your due diligence, in selecting good insurance agent and company. I changed my insurance company and agent right away. I am paying way way less than Allstate, and way more coverage, with only $2500 deductibles.

We are transplants from Houston, one year now. Love GA but realize issues are different in every State. That said, we went on a recommendation upon buying our house with another broker, which proved, over a bit of time, not to be someone I could do business with. I started researching and chose to meet with Marianne, based on her quick response and professionalism. We met face to face, and the amount of time she gave us was excellent. We want communication, as it sends a message of care about who we are and what we want to secure through insurance. She's not disappointed in the many months we've switched. We have home and auto with her....very pleased!
