Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport

We were invited to the hotel's opening function and had a nice time speaking with the front desk agent about the facilities. We saw some clean and comfortable rooms. It is a pet-friendly hotel that offers breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel that was a step above Motel 6, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The lack of a complimentary breakfast was so disappointing, that they would be better off not even serving breakfast. The overall amenities were so basic that it would be a waste of my time to try describe my disappointment. The hotel did not meet the standard of luxury that I am accustomed to at Hilton properties. Overall, I was not impressed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a higher-end experience. For the amount of money I paid for those room to say I felt ripped off would be an understatement. I was assured by an Hilton agent that the hotel had the same integrity as The Double Tree. Boy was he WRONG. The only thing good was the location.

Rooms: Rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis. We ran out of towels on day 3 and had to ask. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept well.

ALL YALL with these negative comments should be ashamed. This is a brand new Hilton hotel, it takes time to remodel a hotel from the ground up; lets be thankful its a Hilton and open to accommodate us during their renovations. Brittany at the front counter was kind and helpful!! A little standoffish at first but I think thats because shes had a lot of negative feedback and it used to be a comfort inn? I believe is what she said, and a lot of the reviews are coming from the prior hotel and not towards this Spark by Hilton. We also have to keep in mind its a Spark, so it doesnt have all the amenities and things that were used to from a Hilton but youre not paying the overpriced Hotel fees that are in the area. Give Grace This hotel is clean, and I. Am. Picky! Pls add bumpers to the door frame, its loud when using the bathroom at night when everyone is sleeping.
