image DO NOT STAY HERE!
12:18am On a Thursday I woke up to several loud crashes and voices. When I called to complain the noises got louder. Im here on business and this is the worst night of sleep Ive had.
Noteworthy details: Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. Party like atmosphere and no observation of quiet hours. Disappointing stay and overall customer experience.

image The hotel is clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast is adequate. The only issue was that the noise from doors closing was too loud. Maybe something could be done to prevent the doors from being slammed so loudly. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay until check out day. The front desk staff who worked when we arrived on 4/1/2024 offered excellent service. He was very professional during all our contacts. On 4/2, I went to the front desk after 5 pm and requested late check out for our departure date 4/3. The same staff member was on duty, and said that he was noting our request in the system, and it was okay once we leave by 12 pm. At 11:05 am on 4/3, housekeeping knocked on the door. We explained that we were approved for late check out, and will depart before 12 noon. A few minutes later, there was a very loud knocking on the door. Would guest lie about this? A different staff stood there with her paperwork etc in hand, and demeanor giving the impression that she was going to put us out. I explained again that we were given permission for late check out. She stated that the front desk does not know that. I told my family that we will leave immediately. I stopped at the front desk, and explained again to the staff on duty. She simply said that it was not in the system (with a condescending attitude). We've stayed in numerous hotels of higher class and never had such a horrible experience. I promise never to return there. There are so many hotels nearby, that you think they would aim to gain repeat guest. Obviously they don't care.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

image Called the front desk for a washcloth and they refused stating that they dont give guest washcloths or anything on the day of checkout and she proceeded to hang up in my face. Was not polite at all. Will not be returning!!
