        I was stay at 04-09-2024. They take my deposite 100 $ and also my partner smoke in room beucase he dont know about the rules. They take my deposit to break a rules. But another take 200 from my debit card and whenever i was called to front desk person talking very rudly. I already paid 100 charge for break the rules so why take another extra 200 no one inform me and deduct from my account. Still i have not receive any manager call i already shared my number to front desk and also front desk also inform me manager will call you and also give me refund but no call no refund.

        Not a huge fan. Rooms were decent and clean. Although we are in a non-smoking room, the designated smoking area is directly below our a.c. vent. So everytime someone lite up we had to cut our unit off. And to top it off it was Marijuana everytime. Rooms: Needs some updating. Broken chair in the room.

        If I could give no stars, I would. We had to get a double queen room instead of our normal king room because thats all they had available! We tried to sleep in the 1 queen bed together but it was too small, so my bf went to sleep in the other bed about 2am and when he pulled the top blanket and sheet back there was dried blood all over the sheets, we waited till morning to let them know, since it was so late, these people come in and say its fresh blood and we did it, now mind you im 60 years old and havent had a period since I was 21 due to hysterectomy, they charged us our $100 deposit and told us to leave. You can plainly see the blood was dried and had been there awhile. If you're looking for a decent motel, this isnt it! Rooms: Sink and tub had hair in it, dried blood on sheets, over all dirty.

        This is the first place I've ever stayed where guests are not allowed to take their breakfast to their room. Also, they are really on top of their no smoking policy. When we were checking out the housekeeping guy asked us what room we were in and then scurried down right away to check the room. The ac on the third floor was missing, nothing was done to cover it up, so all sorts of flying critters could get in. Overall decent place... probably not going back due to lack of hospitality
