The room was nasty!! Cigarette burns on the tub (non smoking room).Carpet was filthy! Room smelled musty! A huge party was taking place above us they were screaming, running and acting a fool. Finally had to go to the office to have them shut it down but they didn't seem to care

disgusting hotel. They have FULL beds NOT QUEEN service is the worst The guy at the reception named Vicky was rude to me. The room is dirty, you can hear everything! You can hear the neighbors breathing. the furniture is old, the mattress is terrible, not comfortable

full size bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at the reception they lie, they say queen. we didn't get enough sleep. They say we have to check it ourselves, sorry, but I took our tape measure with me to try on the bed, I asked for the size, they told me Queen, they were lying. terrible service. rude staff. At the reception the guy Vicky didnt apologize, but was even rude to me. terrible hotel.

I dont even know where to begin on just how disgusting this place was! The first thing my husband and I saw upon walking in was what appeared to be blood stains on a filthy carpet. Next we saw a sleeper couch that looked like it was taken out of a dumpster (please see pics), stains throughout and the pull out mattress was literally falling apart. The tub and toilet looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in years. The smell was horrific and every drawer, cabinet and door inside the room was either broken or unusable. I quickly took pictures and brought them to the front desk. Upon showing them to the man working at the desk I asked him would you stay here?! He quickly replied no way! He then told us that the health department had been called on them several times!! We got a refund and went to Days Inn instead! We even saved over $200 and got a much better and cleaner room! Honestly, you couldnt pay me to go back to La Quinta!
