Its very professional and responsive to the patients need. If i ever had to have therapy again for rehab, i would come back here and recommend Encompass to all my friends and family.

The best therapy in town! I've had a lot of pain from my surgery and they have help me manage my pain to be able to tolerate the therapy. The facility is fabulous and has met my expectation with how nice and friendly everyone is here. The food has been pretty good. The respond very fast to my call lights. They are very quiet in the hallways so I'm able to sleep well at night. There is no other place in town I would recommend and truly have enjoyed my time here. Thank you.

The nurse's staff was great. I had a couple accidents and Nan was really great taking care of me. The occupational therapy and physical therapy were great and showed me a lot about a wheelchair and learning to get around with a prosthesis. The wound care staff number one in wound care. Both doctors that were seeing me seem to really care about your health. And the management staff were also really good.

Nurses and therapists are great and very responsive. I was seen by a doctor everyday. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I would recommend Encompass to anyone who is serious about recovery.

Here are my write ups and dismissal papers from when Encompass fired me back in 2022 for as they said failure to report as scheduled, meanwhile all my time was scheduled off but I couldnt get FMLA from the doctors due to not having a formal diagnosis yet, during which I was going through a cancer scare. The company kept writing me up until they fired me. I brought ALL of my paperwork in to the Director of Therapy and to the Human Resources Director. Meanwhile people from the kitchen could come to work smelling like weed daily and get away with it or people in the kitchen would no call no show daily, and that was the least of their issues. The nurses and nurse techs would sit around on their phones in the hallways and some days I worked certain nurses wouldnt even change a soiled patient because it wasnt their job. Avoid this place at all costs! Their turnover rate is awful!
