THis guy is a thief! Never came back and finished punch list. Avoided us for the first year to prevent repairing improperly hung sheetrock. If he was coming up the street and we were outside he would actually turn around and go the other way.When we finally cornered him about the sheetrock 1 and 1/2 years later, he said "I don't know how you are going to fix that". We had a 13 seer heat pump in our building contract, just had it replaced and discovered it is only 10 seer. I questioned Emerick and Byrd heating when the house was built and THEY BOTH lied to me. Mr. Emerick you are lucky all this accured 10 years ago otherwise I would have you in a court room! AVOID EMERICK CONSTRUCTION AT ALL COSTS!!!
