My happy place. Great selection. Hat tip to Shelby. She's helpful and knowledgeable with a wonderful attitude and personality. The entire staff are super friendly and accommodating to all your needs. I truly enjoy shopping there.

Excellent customer service! Tim is especially knowledgeable and hes fantastic when sharing his expertise in helping to choose what gun to buy. With a list of specifications, he can quickly narrow down the selection to best fit your current needs and wants, even if you go in clueless!

I've been a customer for many years , the last few months had been disappointing to say the least with the retail location in Garden City . I came in for an optic which was out of stock online but they had it in store . The optic was on clearance on the site but had no price because it was out of stock . I asked the counter sales guy to see if he could get the clearance price by chance . He said he couldn't an I should just order it online . I explained it was out of stock online . I chose to look at another optic for my pistol due to the sales guy not being able to get the price on the clearance optic . He told me to hold on as he didn't know much about the optics He got someone else with absolutely no knowledge of optics ...... He also stated I should just order what I wanted online , I explained to him that what I wanted was in stock here right in the counter . I didnt drive an hour to order it online or I would have stayed home . I won't be back in the retail store in Garden City at any time in the futures unless the counter sales changes drastically . On a side note I was the only customer at the counter an there where two salesmen .
