The security guard Mr Mikey was very sweet and interacted very well with everyone that has came through the door he made sure everyone felt welcomed & also Mrs Selina one of the irs workers was very kind , very sweet and extremely understanding she tried everything in her power to make sure she can solve my issue

terrible experience, the clerk provided erroneous information and was generally unhelpful. I will need to followup with a professional to obtain accurate information. it was a generally poor experience at this location.

Apparently there used to be bad staff at this office, but that is NOT the case anymore. After spending almost a year on long-wait phone calls and getting the wrong info on how to handle our situation, we finally got what we needed taken care of in just 10 minutes at the Savannah office. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice and helpful!
