Even a 0 stars would be too much for this place. I've been waiting for over 5 hours now just to get a dock and still nothing is going on! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost

If you go in here to get loaded, place your clock in sleeper berth mode, you will get your 8 hours so you can get your clock back just waiting to get to a door.
If you are a little shy of the full 8 just wait there it won't be but about 45 minutes for the rest of it to run it's course.
Avoid this shipper if at all possible.
What needs to be done is tell them you are out of clock, they want you to move off the property call the DOT so they can sign off on you violating the law. It is not legal for us as drivers to park on the side of the road either.

Avoid picking up from this customer if you can I been here since 1:30pm and I’m still waiting for a door and it’s 12midnight and I’m still not in a door and they don’t allow overnight parking on the premises maybe the road
