Tightlines Saltwater Fishing Charters

Had a blast today with Capt Sean of Tightlines Charters and Guide Service. Tough conditions blew in overnight with a cold front that dropped temps 20 degrees. Sean has superior local knowledge of fishing the Savannah area. Put me on some nice catfish to start and kept moving in the canals and backwater areas until we hit Redfish. Got our limit of Reds (South Carolina limit) plus catfish of 10 total. I'm a retired Charter Capt and Guide from NW Lower Michigan, trust me, Capt Sean did a great job.

Captain Sean knows the area like the back of his hand. hell take you to the best spots where the fish are biting. Captain Sean was awesome. Took me and my boys out of the way just to make sure he put us right on top of the fish. Probably caught fifteen each and he was patient enough to keep shifting the boat back to the sweet spot. Highly recommended

Sean was very kind. However he did not seem very knowledgeable for the better fishing spots and also seemed like he did not know how to run his boat well missing the marks. Later we found out the motors just reached 20 hours as an alarm kept going off for his oil change meaning he did his 20 hour brake in with us in the boat, 20 miles out in the ocean, that is ment to make sure there is no factory defects. Sean did cater to what we wanted and I believe tried his best to get us on the fish.

I booked two fishing trips over the last few months. First, with my youngest son for his birthday, and second, with both boys after Christmas. I'm happy to say, Captain Sean took great care of us, not only putting us on some great catches (see the photos!), but also sharing his knowledge of these beautiful salt-water creeks and the wildlife that live in them. Captain Sean is easy going, patient (which was a plus since I seemed to get hung up a lot!), and real good guy. Do yourself a favor and contact him the next time you are thinking about going fishing.
