6 Apr 24 3 pm. Ive been eating Krystals all my life but no more. Anyone else remember when they were a great snack? They used to be so good but what I received yesterday was a soggy nasty mess. The meat? was so very thin and grey and it had more onions than meat. Hamburger meat is not grey yall. The cheese wasnt melted. The bread was so disgusting like it had been used to sop up grease. Krystals could do a great business if theyd go back to using real hamburger and put an ounce of pride into what theyre making. Three cheese Krystals and two regular Krystals cost over $8! At the drive thru we ordered, paid at the window, then had to drive around to the side door on the other side of the building and then waited behind several other cars for over 15 minutes. Stupid! Bye bye Krystal. Sad days.

We got there at 9:30 to order food in the drive thru. We pulled around we where told order will be ready in 15 minutes no problem. I had to use the bathroom used the side door that was open. When I was using the bathroom.a employee was beating on the door. When I walked out employee standing at the door just staring at me. I think it was very rude. If you don't want a customer to use the bathroom lock the door or put a sign on the door.

I wanted a Krystal burger but this was not it. It was so soggy and the meat practically fell apart not a good pick. The Spicy Chicken wasn't bad but it was mostly breading to make it bigger and it tasted old.
