The room is a nice size for our family of five. I wish there were a door between the sink and bedroom. We are still here as I write this, and BOTH elevators are broken, so stairs are the only way up and down. The rooftop heated pool is amazing for kids (theres not one adult in there) which is why I booked here. The gym is being redone so its closed which is a huge bummer for us too. We are paying almost twice as much to stay here during spring break and its definitely not worth it. Its our first time in Savannah and thought this location was ideal, but Id probably prefer to be more centralized in downtown vs on the river. The river views are just ok and its a LONG walk to Forsyth Park. They are building a hotel next door so its really inconvenient to get in and out of the hotel with sidewalks and road closed. Side note: the breakfast staff is so kind and helpful. They deserve all the tips!!!

My husband and I recently stayed. We were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. It was very nice and comfortable. The houseman, Jacob, was prompt. We had a small issue and Billy Brick was quick to fix our issue, in a polite and professional manner. I will totally stay again. Highly recommend!

I do not like the smell the hotel puts in the lobby and hallways. It smells like cheap perfume from the dollar store. The rooms are nice and clean. Very spacious, and they supply almost everything for the kitchen. The only negative I have for the staff, is the management. We had a small fire yesterday, and we went down the street to breakfast while everything was happening. Management never gave us an all clear email or anything. They ignored it like nothing happened. Because we did not hear anything we stressed all breakfast and had to walk back down to the hotel to find out we could enter again. If we had gotten an all clear everything is good or something we could have continued on with our day. The whole trip we have not seen a presence of management. I did not like how that was handled, and there was a real fire on the second floor. It was just not major.
Safety: Did not seem to help guests out of the building efficiently during a small fire. Was not directed where to go at first.
Walkability: On the river so you are close to seeing all of the river front. It is just on one of the far ends of it
