Great latte! Excellent chicken curry salad. The decor was artsy and the dining room was clean.

Very unhappy with food and service! I ordered a very simple bagel, lox and cream cheese ONLY! I was specific by saying nothing else. She asked me if I wanted Capers and I said no. Picked up the sandwich and took it home only to find lettuce, tomato and onions and just a smithering of cream cheese on only the bottom portion of the sandwich as thin as butter. I took the trouble to go back to the deli to let them know about the mistake and did not want them to remake it as this problem has happened before. I simply told them to "keep your sandwich" and I did not want them to remake it. I said I was done coming in and did not even ask for a refund. Got back in my car to leave when I was approached by a young man I believe is "Joey" telling me how rude I was coming in there like that and how wonderful their ratings were. I'd like to know what's wrong with me complaining about the sandwich and the service? Shouldn't a customer have the right to do that? And make no mistake about it.......I didn't yell or curse or anything. They have a nice place, but a bad attitude towards customers that are displeased with their own mistakes. What compounds the problem is this Joey has the audacity to come out to my car and come down on me for complaining! I guess he and they just don't get it it. In response to your response......GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. You're also forgetting the sliver of cream cheese which is a major part of the sandwich. I was successfully in the restaurant business years ago on River Street and know how to run a business. Your order takers need to learn how to listen. The F bomb was my pleasure after YOU came out to a 72 year old man's car and yelled like a child which you apparently are. I won't respond to any more of your foolishness here and just take my business to Midtown Deli who gets it right every single time. Ta Ta Parking: A few parking spaces in front and across the street.

I came in in a rush asked how long a breakfast bagel would take, was told 6 min, and waited 20++ min for them to tell me they somehow never put my order in or it somehow didnt go through.. so they go to the back then come out and hand me a sandwich, Im 30 minutes late for work, only to open the sandwich and have it be everything I didnt order and none of the things I paid extra for. I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel add avacado. They forget my order then hand me a BACON egg and cheese sandwich on bread. and a sub par chai latte (all ice and milk w a touch of chai).. $17 SCREW THIS PLACE

Bagel was good, but no display of flavors like a trad deli, everything came out the back. Small variety of bagels and cream cheeses. Other food looked good coming out. Serve yourself pot for refills.
