Ridiculous. Ive had a problem when I first bought my phone the girl didnt connect service. Now the phone is overheating constantly even when Im not using it and because its been more than 7 days the employee stated that there was nothing they could do. Its only been 2 weeks! She said the owner doesnt give refunds and he wont do anything for you like what kind of customer service is this? I dont want a refund I just want a safe phone that isnt burning hot after spending over $400

India!!!!!! At the store location on Abercorn st. Savannah,Georgia ( next to the progressive and smoke shop) I freaking love her!!.. I was getting the run around with customer service representatives, I had been calling for three days trying to figure out why my service was not restored after I payed my bill. I had to wait three days for a ticket to go through,then I was told I had to wait another three days. So I quickly went to the store where Ms. India was working and after she had spoken to the supervisor whom in which hung up in our faces; India dug deep for me and restored my service in less then 20mins when no one else could even tell me what was going on... I know this is long, but Ms.India you deserve a raise and a bonus.. I freaking love you, Thank you L
