The Blood Connection

I am not big on bad reviews but this is necessary. The company I work for partnered with TBC every quarter to host a blood drive in which we sponsor a non profit in our community to be the recipient. After months of waiting for our blood drive event, we are notified two weeks prior that unless we had 25 donors signed up minimum, they could not come and host our quarterly blood drive. TBC is aware we sponsor a non profit each quarter, and having to notify them and everyone else that our event was canceled really put a bad taste in our mouth. This is months of preparation, taking days off, etc that now are in vein because we are told they "don't have the resources" to come now. This was poor planning and I don't recommend choosing to partner with them for future events you may have. It's not worth the disappointment.

Great first experience donating blood. Everything went smoothly. Great staff, free snacks, online rewards points, and you get to help people in need - whats not to love?

Gm, yes I was very comfortable an they were nice but I had one problem they told me I was gonna get a first timers $70 e-card an I didn't it was on $30 I was disappointed I feel real bad about that u shouldn't tell people that now she got a flash on my line blood was flowing but slowly so it hurt an she said well remove it an you'll still get ur gift it was lie it s bad business an a disappointment, I was just trying to give bk an help someone that's all but if could correct this it would gladly appreciated, God bless

I'm not happy with claiming my rewards and never answer the phone to get help and the website says yall open. I'm not happy and thinking about not donating blood with you guys anymore. Unhappy
