Let me start by saying we have purchased all of our vehicles from J.C. Lweis Ford. The sales people are awesome but thats where it ends. The service department and advisors are absolutely terrible. The main service guy is arrogant. He doesn't let you say anything without talking over you. He belittled women, you know, classic stealership style "women don't know anything" vibe. It's about impossible to get a hold of him. We took my wife's explorer in for the radio black screening periodically. It went 3 different times. The first time they just disconnected the battery and then when it didn't work, they blamed my wife's phone. It was also supposed to have a safety recall done. They said it was completed but it wasnt. This last time they finally "ordered" the parts and now they can't fix the safety recall until the summer?! That is piss poor business. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

November/20/2023 My car breaks down in Georgia and I travel alone from Quebec, Canada towards Fort Lauderdale Florida. I am having my Ford Taurus vehicle towed to the J. C. Lewis dealership in the city of Savannah where I have no appointment. I would like to thank MIKE CHOMBOX and his Service Manager for agreeing to repair my car the same day because I was really desperate. The wait time during this Thanksgiving period was 5 to 10 days. I sincerely thank them all for helping me out at such short notice. A shuttle service also took me back to the nearest hotel and the driver also made sure there was a room available. A few hours later I got my car back. Thank you very much Mike because you saw my despair when you welcomed me at your counter. Exceptional service, thank you very much. Gisle Quinn
