Brought my Chevy Cruze here and having a gasket blow, everyone was very helpful, up front about costs, and honest about outcome, and showed me what was going on. Even though the repair was more than I could afford will still bring other vehicles here.

I used their collision center to have my BMWs doors replaced and back quarter panel rebuilt after an accident. Andy and Eric matched the paint perfectly and did an incredible job at reshaping the damage to the quarter panel and bottom rocker. They take pride in what they do, and it showed when they spent the time with me to go through all the things that had to have been done. Sylvia was very helpful throughout the entire process and great with communication, keeping me informed on the progress as they went. A big thank you to Motorpool Collision for making it possible for my car to ride again. Great people but Im a mobile car detailer I dropped my business van off to get repaired because it wasnt cracking. The owner said it needed a new engine no problem paid for the new engine and the replacement thats took 4months to get repaired and replaced but still I knew it was an computer issue also that they couldnt fix! My problem is the communication is bad so I had to keep going up to his shop to get updates on my work vehicle. At this point my van was at his shop for almost 8 months still not repaired just sitting. So I finally got it towed to another shop thats go have my van fixed in 3 days. It got to them they called me and said that some parts was sitting on and seats so they didnt put parts back together that they took apart! Like I said great people I just want be using their services anymore!
