        This place is awesome! I went 1/2/23. The gentleman/Manager answered the phone quickly. He listened to my concerns, gave me some sound advice, and suggested I come in for a closet inspection. I had changed my own rear brakes on my 2016 Mazda, needed confirmation that the job was done right, and to clarify the squealing noise I was still hearing. He checked them, and confirmed the rest brakes were in good shape. The squealing was an indication that the front pads needed to be changed. Since this was it's first brake job, no need to touch the rotors. That piece of advice saved me some money. To find a mechanic who is reasonably priced for what they do AND they tell you what you need is a 5 star shop all day! If there is a job I will not be able to handle in the future, I feel good knowing I can take it back to J & J Crossroad Auto. A definitive recommend
