The worst HOA. BE GLAD YOU DONT LIVE HERE! Loved them at first but HATE THEM now. The HOA picks and chooses who is gonna get violations/fines. HOA does absolutely nothing to keep this place functioning and looking up-kept!

Virginia is the rudest person in our HOA. She needs to work at a prison. I never received a pool key. Yet she wants to charge me for one. She the nastiest person that I have ever dealt with and the HOA does nothing but steal money .

READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE!! This is the absolute WORST treatment my family has had renting a home. We pay everything on time and abide by all the "rules". Still, they will NOT provide the FOB key for the pool to us despite requesting it at least 10 times in writing (After paying for it!). Now our kids have to wait and ask people to let them slip in to the pool area and skinned his elbow up bad trying to get in without the key!. Most people wont do it so my kids are turned away (embarrassing). American Homes For rent cant seem to get the key either. This is a story to be continued as I search out legal action that can be taken since we have exhausted every other avenue.

Only enforces when needs money. They seem to enforce violations on certain homes.
