        Great place to buy second hand art supplies but the worst place to sell supplies , i sold more than $400 worth of stuff but they appraised it to $26 in store credit. Selling here felt like a scam to me. I sold my $100 color pencil set in this donation, except all of other stuff. Heres an image of all the stuff i gave them.

        over sale price, blick sale $24 they still at $43. they are not good seller, never come here again. tell me to bring to work with them but they said no! just waste money. go blick or ex-libris is worth more also the way they treated you is better.

        Simply the best small business out there. I count my lucky stars to have this neighborhood gem nearby-- I'm constantly inspired by the resale Knick knacks, yet the new supply inventory helps in a pinch. I think I came here three times a day when I was in modelmaking! Staff rocks. Every creative town should have an arts and crafts resale store! Genius, sustainable, and excellent vibes. Starlandia forever!!!

      Hi Sana! Super bummed you had a bad experience with our trade in program. As a reminder, we appraise all trade-ins at 25% of our reclaimed price, not their new price. We also only give store-credit for art supplies. Clothing, household items, unusable supplies, and other items listed in our trade policy are not accepted for trade and we make sure to give all our customers ample opportunity to remove these items from the trade bin. We also reached out to the phone number you gave us to verify your store credit amount but didn't hear anything back. Please feel free to reply to that text and we'll be happy to work with you!

      Hey Nguyen! Sorry about the price difference, we're still just a small independent art store and do our best to make our prices fair. If something seems priced way out of scale just let us know and we'll work with you. Also just want to make sure you're aware we sell new AND reclaimed items. Our new items are priced around the same prices as other art supply stores but our reclaimed supplies are usually 50% to 80% off regular price. Get reclaimed and SAVE!!
