        Ive lived in various apartments, dorms, and rental homes throughout Savannah over the past 7 years - and The Olmsted is my favorite. Its a nice, clean, quiet building, with modern amenities and the most helpful and friendly staff. Great location near the river - I will really miss watching the ships pass by my windows. Having safe, plentiful, indoor parking really saved me time and anxiety and I used the craft room more than I thought. Thank you, Olmsted!

        Really nice place, and quiet. Plenty of parking out of the rain and elements. A really good vibe to the place and seems like a safe environment.

        The Olmsted is a phenomenal place to live, I have never felt a better experience of community than while living here. As a resident of over a year and a half I have zero intentions to live anywhere else during my time in Savannah. The entire team in the office is so kind and really love their residents, they host multiple events where we get to interact with and meet neighbors and spend time together as a community. The amenities available to us give us a chance to get out of the house and enjoy the space. They love their residents, pets, and everyone who stops by. We love Olmsted!
