Very nice professional ladies that work in the office. The maintenance crew are the bomb my work order move was fast and the guys was very nice and professional.

This is the worst apartment I have ever rented from and the sketchiest management I've ever dealt with. These apartments are overpriced for absolute garbage. Mold and water damage all over the walls, fruit fly infestation, dark and decrepit. The dumpster overflows on the weekly, and there is litter everywhere. The only positive thing about this place is the maintenance team who does a really good job considering what they're working with. Even if you pay your rent and utilities on time every month, and give the required advanced move out notice, they still send your final utility bill to collections for no reason. This apartment was the worst experience ever and a depressing introduction to Savannah.

The plumber did great job and I haven't had any further problems.

Very bad, we have been here for almost a year and a half and we have never seen maintenance done on the floors, the cabinet doors have already been lifted, the key to the kitchen is no longer useful, this is bad, there were 2 trees, one fell inside the house, the entire roof was damaged. They fixed it but it didn't look good, now water gets in when it rains and the other one is about to fall too and they haven't come to shorten it every time strong winds come we have to leave the rooms for fear that the tree will fall on us we are never okay here They comply but if you fail to comply they fine you.
