Wesley came and helped my dad with his unit. He was absolutely the best and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Im definitely recommending the company to all my friends and I appreciate him for actually taking the time to explain what needed to be done. 5 stars across the board!!!!

Ricky had my ac unit (Bryant) back up and running in two minutes!!! Swear to everything good & holy. He knows his stuff. It needed a new capacitor & he installed a deluxe one that will last 2-3 times longer. Highly recommend

Scheduled an appt.with Action Air on 10-10-23 for maintenance service on our HVAC. Wesley came and did a great job. He was pleasant and professional. I will use them again in the Spring!

The company itself was efficient and timely but Wesley McGhee was the superstar. Called me as he said he would and fixed the problem! He was very kind, pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed him and will call AActionAir for any future problems. all because of Wesley! Thank you so much!

I have to re-write this review. Technician came out at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 9pm. The technician also asked for a Drexel while he was in site. We called this company for repairing the same HVAC unit for the third time.
When the tech left, the unit started making a loud banging noise and eventually started smoking. The next company the home warranty sent out, repaired the issue and our unit is finally running. Do not recommend this company.
