I was initially excited to find an accountant who could help guide me with my small, albeit 6-figure business. I came prepared with my information and cash in hand ready to pay whatever it takes to get the information and services needed.
After an initial good meeting to bring you in, prepare to be.ghosted! Completely unresponsive and unreliable. Calling, emailing, scheduling appointments to be blown off. Not even an Im busy I, can get back to you another day. I let it be known that my time-constrained questions would take about 10 minutes to answer, but they didnt have the 10 minutes for me, not even at our scheduled time for a paying customer.
Im disappointed, the unnecessary stress and time of having to search for another accountant to do what they agreed they could do. Wouldnt it be easier to get paid for what you said you could do? I guess not.
Im used to not being taken serious by financial people because Im young, inexperienced & in a creative industry, but Im serious about my time and my money which led me to building a successful business. Too bad Hirsch & Tucker llc doesnt have the same seriousness towards its paying customers.

We have been doing business with Hirsch and Tucker for about 7 years now. I absolutely love the people who work here, from the front desk staff to the top they are all great and very friendly. I have dealt with Jeff Tucker, he is so down to earth and nice, he is always available for questions and if you call (even if is during the tax season, he will call back as soon as he can). No question ever goes unanswered, even if they don't know it immediately they will find the answer and they will call you back. Jeff, Jackie, and Melissa are great.
