Worst customer service. My daughters brackets fell off her mouth the same day they installed them. Called so they could replace and fix as she had wire hanging out of her mouth. I was told the office was already closed. I called an hour prior to their posted closing time online. I asked why they don't have an emergency dental line or service and she said they just didn't. Worst customer service ever!!! I would never recommend this location or practice.

I just love the staff at Family Orthodontics. Dr. Nikain is a gem, so sweet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them.

They do okay work, but the customer service could be better. After being allowed in the room after the initial consultation, I get to the appointment and they tell me that I cant go back due to a policy change and for safety reasons. There is clearly a policy on the wall that states that children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent for safety and security. So now, for safety and security the parents must stay outside. If they feel so uncomfortable, perhaps they should get on-site security. A lot of offices like this have taken advantage of the COVID rules for too long and have been allowed to charge the rules as it makes it more convenient to them. These people are asking almost $4000 from me and have restricted me from seeing my daughters treatment in progress. They could literally do anything to your child when youre not with them. Fortunately, my child is old enough to really say if something happened, but if you have a concern about your child going back alone, do not come here.
