        I am very satisfied with today's visit at this location. I wanted to open a membership and Mr. Saint-Germain Diaz was very knowledgeable and detailed explaining all the different accounts available. He was efficient and made it a quick process which is always a plus. I definitely recommend!

        I went in today to cash/deposit a check. I had my card/id and any other verification they couldve asked for including the stub and the envelope it came in but they treated me like a criminal. Asked me more than 10 times where the check came from and what it was for and even had the manager come out. It took over half my lunch period. Not only did they waste my time they made a mistake so my receipt for my records is incorrect. Ill never come back to this branch.

        I went in to DCCU today to get my loan finalized and Lysa Dawkins was absolutely amazing! She made the process so easy and was so kind and respectful and took away all my stress. She is exactly the kind of people we need in client service positions. I am extremely happy with my experience today.
