Do not buy this product. I had a disc break off on my first use and I have been trying to get a warranty replacement from Sept 27th to Jan 31st. Still no parts. You are buying an expensive product with no support. Not only are you buying a product with no support, you are buying a product that you have to make multiple passes before you can put down seed.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH BLAINE BURLEY (OWNER). HE'S RETIRING SO THERE'S ONLY ONE VETERAN HE'S CONCERNED ABOUT, HIMSELF. HE OFFERED ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE AFTER I MADE THE FULL PURCHASE. EVERYTHING I WROTE IS 100% ACCURATE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!! THEY DON'T BUILD THEIR PRODUCT, THEY RELY ON ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. They give you great lip service until the check clears, and then you get the cold shoulder. I was suppose to receive my piece of equipment in August in time to plant. It's October 23rd in PA, too late to plant, and still no machine. It pretty much appears like they don't care at all. They just passed the blame and business as usual. So, I'll just keep finding platforms to pass on the review of the very sub-par treatment. Good for you plotmaster dragging a combat vet around. Response: OK! EVERYONE IS SORRY, HELL I'M SORRY TO. Does that make you feel better? There was no need to repeat what you already told me. You stepped on it here. You know it, I know it. If that's your plan of action, to just "Chalk it up" as a "my bad." Then I want everyone to know about your bad. See, companies get away with this, and it's always a "my bad," and the victim is the customer. That's what this format is for. So future "customers" know about all of your mistakes, and then it's simply up to them whether they want to give you business or not. This promotes the business to take care of the customers not only for money but for stars. You already got my money. You're not getting any of my stars besides the one Google gives you. Your owner isn't dumb. Blaine knows what to do. Just can't do it! Too concerned about the business and not the customer. Little does Mr. Blaine knows the customer is the business. Now, there's another black eye on Google. Let them build up and see how the business turns out. SMH

The 2023 spring and summer planting season using my new Plotmaster Hunter 400 was a great experience and has resulted in several picture perfect lush green food plots (Imperial Whitetail seeds) that I have now become the envy of my hunting community. Shortly after I acquired the unit, I ordered the 3 Point conversion unit available through Plotmaster so I could use it on my Kubota tractor. After several months of use, I believe this option gave me much better control of the down pressure, the angle of the unit, the turning ability at the end of a straight run and depth of till, which was especially effective when using the rear mounted tillers! However, this option is not at all necessary to get the same great results by simply towing it behind an ATV with added weight! Too say the least, the summer planting season was unexpectedly extended as I actually made money installing two additional plots and tilling up a large garden for friends! The only improvement to the unit I would strongly suggest would be to modify the cultipacker from a smooth flat surface to more of the conventional type with raised and gapped ribs along it's entire length. These tend to do a much more efficient and consistent job of properly covering the seeds as they do not bounce over and miss small patches of the ground like the smooth flat surface does thus missing contact with random seeds. This is especially true in slightly unlevel terrain where it can't be avoided. I ended up damaging/replacing the two large down pressure springs on the cultipacker attempting to get sufficient/consistent surface contact with the freshly seeded ground.

Mr. Covey, thank you for your feedback. As we have expressed both through email and over the phone, we are very sorry for this delay. As we have discussed, it has unfortunately been a rough few months with the supply chain and this has ruffled our production line quite a bit. I assure you that we have been doing everything we can in order to get parts in a timely manner. We understand the importance of planting and never wish to cause a customer to miss their planting deadline on our accord but unfortunately we can not control our suppliers - which puts us in a bind. Furthermore, we take pride in our customer service - especially with veterans as we are a veteran founded and owned company - and I apologize greatly that you feel our service has been less than ideal sir. That being said, our website has and still does display a lead time of 30-40 business days after payment is received as our manufacturer does not work on the weekends, this would have put your unit being delivered on September 22nd at the earliest with your payment date of August 10th. Unfortunately we fell short of the 30 day mark on September 22nd and the 40 day mark on October 6th. However, as we discussed on the phone last week, your unit is set up for shipping and should be delivered this Thursday, on the 26th, as you requested. Again, this does depend on the shipping company which is a power outside of my control as well. As of now, the unit is on track for this date. Again, we are very sorry for the discontent you have had with receiving your unit. However, we hope that you will still enjoy the benefits and utility of the Plotmaster in the future and wont hold our circumstances against a well performing machine. Please let us know if we can ever be of any assistance. Thank you and take care.
