        Fabulous restaurant with 2 incredibly talented chefs! We have eaten our way through the menu the last month from appetizers to dessert. Every menu item is so well developed and executed. The flavors and preparations are consistent. Every staff member is so on point, polite and knowledgeable. This is going to be a weekly stop!

        If you are looking for the best food, wine, ambiance, service and all around great evening experience, start at Woodside a new European style Restaurante on Saint Simons Island. The Menu, which changes frequently, offers something for every palate from Appetizers to Filet Mignon to Swordfish to Chicken and Pork. The Swordfish was the best weve had anywhere. The Wine List, though selective, is perfectly matched to the Menu. Woodside is a special place for a special experience a welcome addition to SSI. So we had to go back ! Valentines Day. We had their Chateaubriand with a French Malbec at the Bar. Perfect ! Cant say enough for the Food, the Place and the Staff.

        Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Woodside on the last day of our trip to the Georgia coast. Overall one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory. We had potato & leek soup and nduja dumplings for appetizers, followed by a wagyu steak and a vegetarian ragu with pomme puree, and finally a blueberry lemon semifreddo dessert. Each dish was presented simply and elegantly, letting delightfully complex flavors and rich textures shine on their own. The reduction under the steak was a particular masterpiece. Thanks to our server Reed and compliments to the chef! Vegetarian options: Chef easily accommodated our vegetarian request by tweaking the appetizer and main courses we wanted. One of the best-tasting vegetarian dinners we've had in a long time.
