        We gave Cole Townsend the challenging task of listing two large parcels that had multi-family ownership. One tract even had eight (thats right...8) separate owners. He exceeded our expectations navigating the headaches of communicating with everyone involved. When I say that dealing with the host of family members involved was difficult, I am being kind. The situation had the potential to be an absolute nightmare, but Cole really hustled and worked hard to help facilitate these sales. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you, Cole!
