Vicki Wilcox was literally the perfect realtor. As first time buyers, she made sure we were informed every step of the way, and was able to explain everything clearly in a manner we understood. She is very knowledgeable and answered, or found the answer, to every single question we had. We felt like she was in “our corner” through the entire process. On top of being kind, funny, and genuine, she definitely put on her poker face when it came to negotiating! If you are looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and hire Vicki!!!

We interviewed 3 Realtors to sell our home. When we listed our home the first time we asked our realtor what we needed to do to make the sale go smoothly and get the best for market value. The realtor responded absolutely nothing, the home will sale itself. The realtor came up with our price and we placed on market! The very first offer was 50k under our lists price and the realtor said jump on it!!! I went through why I wasn’t, and my agent told me things wrong with my home!! 🤷‍♂️ We parted ways and listed with Brad Davis at the same price, before I even knew it was on the market he asked us did we have anywhere to go because the serious buyers were offering above asking price and loved the home. Brad kept us up to date on everything he was doing the process with the buyers and was pleasant to work with. He sold my daughter’s home so it was a no brainer to not chose him the first time.
