David Herndon did a very poor job on my backyard landscaping project and did not stand behind his work. Very unprofessional.

I used Herndon for weekly lawn service and landscape maintenance on my vacation home. When I would come down the lawn would be mowed but nothing else was maintained. When I would complain, I either got no response or the one time I demanded a response, I got the following: I’m sorry you don’t think the yard looks good. We do trim the hedge but it goes extremely fast. There are other things that need attention weekly. We are proud of our guys and know they do good work, however if you aren’t happy, please feel free to find another landscape service. So apparently they charge you for services that they don’t have the time or intention to actually provide and rather than honor their contract with you and do what they’ve been contracted to do, they tell you to find someone else if you don’t want to settle for paying for work that isn’t getting done.
