        I booked a reservation online and tried to check-in but the lady at the counter said I had to be 21 to check-in. Nowhere on the website did it say you have to be 21 to book a room. They need to make that more clear. I spent $331 on a room I didnt get to enjoy. When I asked for a refund the hotel denied it.

        Worst service ever! Our room never got cleaned and had to go get essentials like toilet paper and towels. We asked if they could at least empty the trash and came back to no towels and only half the trash took out. No one seemed to care and they said they didnt have time. On top of everything the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed! If I could put minus stars I would! We love visiting here but we wouldn't stay here again if it was the only hotel on the Island!!!!

      Good morning I am sorry that we could not refund you, but this was a nonrefundable reservation, unfortunately we do not refund those types of reservations.
