Very disappointed. I feel terrible by this whole experience. Ive bought more than 10 cars online but this tops as the worst experience ever. Buying a 19 year old car you expect wear and tear. You expect the interior to have rips/scuffs/ age. You expect couple dings/rock chips. You expect curbage on rims. You expect your salesman to be completely honestly as you are buying from a dealer not a private own. I asked my salesman Austin to send me a video pin pointing any flaws on the car and I receive a regular walk around and a you just need a new trunk emblem. When I get the car in the amount of overspray on this car is horrendous. The whole car was resprayed and the quality of paint is 2/10. It is as if It was painted in someones backyard but someone who was learning to paint. They put so much bondo on every panel everything is wavy. Also airbag deployed lights are on. Then I was told new battery I had to jump the car to get this going. Battery was so dead I bought a new one. I get the car in with 2 flat tires that are so dry rotted they will wouldnt pass a safety inspection anywhere. Does this dealer even do a safety inspection? The top supposedly worked ? I have tried to work the top and same thing does not work. I wish I was making this up. But this is the truth. I wish I could I could wake up from this nightmare.

Austin made the purchase of my F-250 a smooth transaction. I live out of state and wasn't able to look at the vehicle in person. He ensured I knew all the details of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Once I decided to move forward with the sale, he worked with me to complete the necessary paperwork and even set up delivery to house. The vehicle arrived on time, as described and I couldn't be happier. He also made sure I had a 45 day temporary plate. The title arrived 2 weeks later and on time. Austin and AMS is highly recommend. Great staff and very responsive. This was a great car buying experience. Very refreshing compared to the big box guys. Also they had a fresh inventory of unique vehicles almost at a higher quality than most used dealers. Austin our sales person did a great job.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I purchased a vehicle here with a warranty. Less than a week later, it was wrecked. The warranty company sent my refund check to this dealership. Upon them receiving it. I was told they could not release it to me it because it was addressed wrong. I spoke numerous times with Austin a manager and the finance manager Amadou only to get the run around yet I was told the refund check could be applied to another vehicle off their lot. I contacted the warranty company numerous times as well and lo and behold they confirmed the check had been cash by them. As of date I have not received my refund of $2000 in which I have no choice but to file a Lawsuit and have them reported to the Better Business Bureau. To Atlanta Motor Sports because you purposely robbed me so shall your business crumble! Your sales shall significantly decline this year whereas you will suffer Absolute major loss. See you in court!

Shady as hell do not shop here.Truck was rusty underneath.Failed emissions on the same day.They sold me this truck.Cleared the codes so nothing popped up on the test drive.I payed to fix the truck to pass.They would not reimburse me.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bwa ha ha.Just called me after leaving review.To say he was gonna give me some money back.Then asked if I left a bad review.Then said best of luck to me.From what I read was never gonna pay me back in the first place.Keep screwing people over.The reviews will fix/even things out.BEST OF LUCK TO YOU TOO. 4-1-2024 it's a good thing you blocked me from adding pics.I have the documents to prove it.An attorney gave me the lemon law breakdown.Was not enough money for him to get involved. He gave me all of the numbers to call and report your business.Was just abouto get involved. I just let it go and am continuing to fix this truck.You sold me this car on the same day.You took it to emissions and it failed.You cant erase that from their system.If im lying may God send me to hell.Lets see if you're willing to make that same statement in this country.If you do,i cant wait until you get what you deserve.You want pics of the rusty frozen calipers,rusty shocks,drums?You want pics of the brand new shocks/struts,carbon coated calipers,painted drums,brake pads.That are going on this weekend.Not to mention the purge valve,oil pressure switch,rear oxygen sensor driver side.And soon plugs and coils and a major body/paint job.Since when my daughter or i.Close the doors,rusty chunks fall from underneath.Fall on the ground.YEAH ITS A SHAME ALL RIGHT.So let me go to sleep,because some of us do HONEST work.Kudos to those that had a good experience.I did NOT. 4-5-2024 NO.What the pic shows.Is that when I left at lunch time.To pick my neighbor up and return.One of your staff,if not you.Went to emissions and the vehicle FAILED.When I returned you still sold me the vehicle.Which is illegal and it passed a month later.After I spent $1000.All anyone with common sense has to do.Is look at the dates and times,which you could not erase.Thats why there's NO TAG on the failed emission test.If te vehicle was sooo bad as you try and state.Then why did you have it and sell it in the first place?
