Wow I read some of the reviews and they are harsh. I used this company a couple of times as I work in real estate and rehab a lot of properties. I will say the price is great and if you clearly speak what your expectations are Mr Nacho will complete the task. I understand people want high quality for a little price with no work on their end but they have to be realistic. I would recommend this company.

I paid this company to grind several stumps from my yard, they ground most of them but left the largest one but concealed it under a layer of sawdust to hide the reality. Upon realizing the issue a few days later, I contacted them and they kept on promising to finish the work soonest. After a long 5 months of follow up, they blocked my phone number, I have 4 lines and every time I use a different line, they will answer then block it. As we speak, the matter is still unsolved and I might be paying another company to finish the work. Less to say that the guy is so rude too! Just use your judgement to use these guys! Nacho Tree Experts while having a great price in many ways could be a great company but just didn't follow through. Ignacio seems like a great guy but was supposed to get back to me after payment and didn't. Stump grinding was incomplete and camouflaged by debris when he left. Damaged the roof and gutter which he was aware of and offered to fix prior to payment. After payment was almost complete he disappeared. After repeated attempts to contact him with no response, I reached out to his insurance company. They informed me that he dropped coverage with them in May (for work I'd had done in October) though was still using their paperwork as credentials for work. That element of deceitfulness was what was most off-putting about the whole thing. Great prices but how can you trust someone flashing phony credentials who could damage your home? Even in posting this review, they apparently don't list 'tree removal' as one of their competencies. Not sure why. These guys are apparently also working with or DBA CR Tree Removal.
