Ms. Cobb told me she was the manager of the 10800 Aloharetta Highway, Roswell GA. Ms. Cobb was horrendous to deal with about my appointment at her office. She was rude, evasive and not knowledgeable. She did not want to provide me with any explanation as to why she changed accountants to do my taxes at our appointment the next day. I wanted Ms. Anjana to do my taxes as I scheduled and was unhappy Ms. Cobb tried to confirm my appointment without telling me the accountant would be someone named Jennifer. When I asked for an explanation Ms Cobb said she didnt have to give me one and that she would not take any abuse. She hung up on me. I will not go back to this H&R Block location. I am trying to find a competent professional replacement since the lovely Ms. Anjana had a family emergency.
