        Absolutely horrifying customer service! I walked into this store last week with three packages, all with prepaid labels, only to be treated like garbage by the extremely hateful Indian manager/owner. He ALWAYS behaves this way and his employees have the same negative energy that he does. This guy simply does not know how to be happy! Apparently his favorite saying is, “You’re asking for free service! We charge for those services!” Um, DUH! This is UPS, BUDDY! If you are not FOR customer service, then find another hobby because this is obviously not for you! I received one of the packages I dropped off, back at my door and one of the items inside the box was damaged! And he ripped the shipping label that I PAID FOR off the box! This guy is an absolute monster! If you want someone to ruin your day, go inside this place! The energy is always hateful and gloomy. Hopefully someone is able to report this store so that it ends up closed! There are SO many other awesome UPS locations in the area! Save your gas (and time) and go somewhere else!
