I cannot stop raving to friends, family, and colleagues about what a great experience I had with Cecil Whitmore as my realtor! From the moment we met, he was kind, compassionate, and listened to exactly the criteria I needed for the perfect house. As a first time home buyer, he took his time explaining the process to me and making sure I understood every component the contracts and paperwork. I had a negative experience with a realtor before Cecil; they had been really pressuring me into making offers, not considering my criteria, misrepresenting costs, and were often unprepared during viewings. I had a completely opposite experience with Mr. Whitmore. He was always prompt, professional, and prepared with printed information about the viewings on hand. He took a genuine interest in the houses and my criteria- thoroughly taking the time I needed to go through each component and discuss. I felt like he wasnt just in real estate for the business aspect but because he has a sincere passion for it. I ended up finding the perfect condo after only a few short weeks due to his expertise and patient, skilled way of listening and finding what I was looking for- an airy, bright, one bedroom in the heart of the city next to my job. I am now happily situated in my dream home because of Mr. Whitmore. On top of everything, he is kind, so personable, and made the home buying experience easy for a first time home buyer like me. I am so grateful and cannot recommend him enough to everyone I know.

Cecil was the best realtor I could have possibly asked for! As a first time home buyer the process can be overwhelming, to say the least. Cecil was a wealth of knowledge when it came to home buying and made sure that I wasn't pressured by listing agents to put in offers on the wrong homes. He was extremely flexible and quick to respond and book appointments for showings. Highly recommend working with Cecil and I will be using him in the future when I am ready for my next home!
