We are extremely happy and satisfied with Passport Express. Passport processing and wait times have been weeks longer than normal in 2023 We had our tickets booked to the Middle East and discovered that we could not enter the country if her passport expired within six months of entry. I reached out to Diana on May 24 needing a passport renewal for my wife. Diana assured me that she would be able to get it for us in time. I sent the renewal documents to Passport Express on May 25. Diana reviewed all the documents to make sure they were correct and had the application delivered to the Washington DC passport office the next day. I requested a 4-5 week turn-around. The new passport arrived on June 21! That's extraordinarily quick since expedited service has been taking 8-10 weeks this year. If you need help getting your passport quickly, the folks at Passport Express should be your first call. We are more than satisfied.

Using this service was definitely significantly more expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth every penny. I was able to get my childrens passports completed perfectly and submitted in one day. They made it easy for my husband to sign the power of attorney so he didnt have to attend all the appointments, and they scheduled me an appt down the street at the govt office to get it all completed and sent in. They answer questions and answer the phone and make the whole process fool proof! Highly recommend!
