Eric helped us do a cash out mortgage on an investment property and was GREAT to work with, Everything went fast and smoothly and he got us a better rate than anyone else we spoke with. As a real estate professional for 23 years and having dealt with MANY terrible loan officers I can tell you he is a good one. Eric is so knowledgeable about all the products , he has tons of options. He helped me to do a Heloc with bank statements no income verification . This process was incredibly fast . Closed in 5 days after application . Eric was on top of everything and made the process super easy. Im so thankful for the opportunity of working with Eric and I will recommend him 200% .
