We really enjoyed our experience working with Nancy! We were moving to the area and needed to find our new home quickly. She listened to exactly what we needed and came up with some great options. We decided to go with one of the homes and she negotiated a great deal. She made the experience stress free and even helped us with other things once we got into our new home. We had never met her before this, but she will forever be our friend and realtor. We highly recommend her!!

We cannot thank Nancy enough for all of her help with purchasing our new home! Not only is Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta and surrounding area's housing market and she knows exact6ly which negotiated terms will put you into the best position to secure your home. Nancy is also extremely caring and diligent. Nancy went above and beyond throughout our home buying process to make sure that we were getting documents and forms in place to meet timing concerns, and also made sure keep everything on track for a smooth closing process. Nancy was amazing and calming our nerves throughout what can be a very stressful and nerve-wracking process. Nancy is a problem solver and she made sure that we never had to worry when buying our home. We would recommend Nancy 11 out of 10 times for buying or selling a home and we will certainly be working with her again!

Working with Nancy was nothing but a pleasure. She helped us find our first home! She met with us and listened to all our requirements and she ensured she only showed us homes which would meet our needs. She went way above and beyond to help us with contacts for cleaning, moving etc. She is my go to person in case I have any questions on anything related to the house. She is very patient, very warm and friendly. You'll never feel rushed or compelled to make a decision. I should definitely mention about her husband Mark and how helpful he is. He helped us out on a couple of occasions with his expertise. I am so glad we made the decision to take Nancy's help in finding our home. This is our first home and Nancy ensured she answered and ensured we were comfortable with the purchase. I am sure our relationship with Nancy's family wouldn't just end here. She is a pleasure and I wouldn't think twice to recommend her. She is not only a great realtor but is also a fabulous person!!! If you want to find your HOME she is the person you need to go to!!!
